1. Who we are

OwnerPrompts is a brand operated by the entity identified on the Legal notice page ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. The product

We sell digital content in PDF format (the "Kit"): the guide "150 AI Prompts for Small Business" and, optionally, the "30-Day AI Content Calendar". The content is supplied in digital form only, with no physical medium.

3. Price, payment and reseller

Purchases are made through Link, a Stripe service, which acts as our authorised reseller (merchant of record): Link charges your payment, applies and remits any VAT or sales tax for your country, and emails you a receipt and invoice. Your card statement will show "LINK.COM* OWNERPROMPTS". Product delivery, the license and content support remain our responsibility.

Prices include applicable taxes and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. We accept debit/credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed only once the payment is approved.

4. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, an access page opens immediately and an email is sent with your personal access link. Each file can be downloaded up to 10 times and the link is valid for 365 days, during which you also get any published updates. You can request a new link at any time on the "Recover access" page.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent national rules, including in the UK), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge this. We keep a record of that consent (date, time and IP address).

6. Voluntary 14-day guarantee

Regardless of the above, we offer a commercial guarantee: if within 14 days of purchase you feel the Kit isn't for you, we'll refund the full amount. See our Refund Policy. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

7. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kit. You may use and adapt the prompts in your own business and in work for your clients. You may not share, resell, sublicense, give away, publish or make the files (or substantial parts of them) available to third parties, including on file-sharing sites, groups, courses or competing products.

Each copy is personalised with the buyer's details and contains unique identifiers. If a copy is shared or used without authorisation, we may disable access without refund and exercise our legal rights.

8. Use of AI tools

The Kit teaches you to use third-party tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) that we don't control and aren't affiliated with. AI-generated output can contain errors: always check facts, figures and information before using them. The Kit is not legal, tax, financial or health advice. We do not guarantee any specific business results.

9. Payment disputes

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we'll fix it quickly, including a refund within the guarantee. If you open a dispute or chargeback with Link/Stripe or your bank, access to the files is suspended while it's ongoing.

10. Intellectual property

The text, structure, design and the OwnerPrompts brand are protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Complaints and disputes

We're based in Portugal. You can file a complaint via the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book. For consumer disputes, the alternative dispute resolution body is: CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt).

12. Governing law

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
