14-day guarantee

We want you to be happy. If within 14 days of purchase you feel the Kit wasn't worth what you paid, we'll refund 100%.

How to ask

1. Reply to your purchase email or write to [email protected] with your order number (starts with "OP-").
2. If you like, tell us in one sentence what we could improve (optional).
3. We process the refund within 5 business days, to the same payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), through Link/Stripe. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

What happens next

After the refund, your access link is disabled. Please delete any downloaded copies, which remain marked with your details.

Exceptions

The guarantee does not apply where files have been shared or resold in breach of the Terms, or to repeated, abusive requests. This guarantee is voluntary and in addition to your statutory rights.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or asking your bank for a chargeback — it's faster for you. Access to the files is suspended during a dispute.
